Return/Exchange
Due to COVID 19 no returns or exchanges on any hair or clothing. We want everyone safe during this pandemic and take all precautions.

Refund policy
Only if product is damaged. You will need to send proof via email within 10 hours after your item(s) have been received. Email glamslayer2017@gmail.com Refunds will be in form of store credit. Only apply to clothing items. Credit will be given in 1-3 days.

Shipping Pick Up & Delivery Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order and 3-5 business days for shipping. Please check your email for order and shipping confirmation . Please make sure to put your correct shipping address as we are not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address . If you do notice you put the wrong shipping address please contact us within 24 hours so we can put the correct shipping address .

You have 12-24 hours after order is placed to pick up your item. Please bring confirmation email with you . 

Delivery is available in the central Florida area and there is a $10 fee. Please check email or text so you can know what time your order will be delivered.
